FIRST OIL IN MY FIRST AID KIT
Lavender Essential Oil - Calming - Regenerating - Healing

When in doubt, use lavender (lavandula angustifolia)
Lavender can be used topically, aromatically, and internally. I mostly use lavender to relax my mood, my bath, my behavior. I smell it out of the bottle to settle my mind. I put on my skin to sooth insect and bug bites. I spray on my bed to quickly relax to sleep. I put on my granddaughter to settle her behavior. I have eaten it as a soda, and as a trio blend of lemon, lavender, and peppermint for allergy relief. (Very effective for me); can be taken 2 drops each in a shot of water or put in a veggie cap with coconut oil)
